We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

Maver Clothes will issue a refund for all unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged or manufacturer’s defect returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

QUICK EXCHANGES

To exchange an order, please return your original item(s) using our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may email our customer service with both your original and new order numbers and we'll waive the return shipping fee.

EASY RETURNS BY MAIL

Please note that when returning an item, customer will be liable for the delivery fee. We will be providing our warehouse house address after checking, simply ship to the address and we will issue a refund ASAP if it’s eligible.
